Before and After Photos of Filler for Lips and adding Volume

The patient had permanent non-absorbable (inappropriate) Filler from another physician many years ago which created abnormal hollowing of the eye or swelling above the eye. It left her with the appearance of unattractive hollowed-out eyes.

After photo shows how Juvederm Filler was used to "feather out" the hollowing in order to camouflage the permanent defect.

Before photo Note the sagging of skin and tissue loss below eyes, sunken cheeks, marked etching (deep lines) in the forehead between and under the eyes.

After photo Voluma (dense sculpting Filler) was used to restore the volume in the cheeks and to support the lower eye structure. Deep lines in the forehead and between the eyebrows have been significantly softened.

After photo A combination of different Juvederm Fillers were used (together to create the correct volume required for the different areas of the face) as mentioned in the before photo (above). A youthful face has balance, volume and mid-face 3 dimension. Patient no longer grows facial hair.

Before photo Note the shrunken hollow area behind the eyebrow, the deep tear troughs (v-lines) at the corner of the eye and the sagging deep lines below the eye and extending into the cheek area.

After photo Volume has been restored to the eye area as well as behind and including the eyebrow itself using various densities of Juvederm Fillers for a natural youthful look.

Patient had a fractured nose which was never reset.

Filler was used to help reshape the nose to appear more symmetrical.

Patient wanted to cosmetically enhance her lips to give the appearance of fuller lips.

With Filler, fuller lips are possible. Notice the symmetry was obtained without creating lips that curl up creating what is commonly known in the industry as Duck Lips (noticable and unattractive).

This 68 year old wanted to correct the asymmetry of her lower face. This included the wrinkled tight chin, the down-turning of her mouth and crooked lips. Notice how the top-right lip appears to be lower than the top-left side of her lip. The centre of her bottom lip seemingly disappears into the top lip and the bottom-left side is fuller and higher than the bottom-right side. Some of this effect is caused by the aging in the chin muscle.

After photo shows that Filler has corrected the imbalance and lack of volume in her lips. Botox was used to reduce the pulling and tension in the chin muscle. The end result is a more pleasing, symmetrical mouth and relaxed lower face.

Patient felt she looked angry and grumpy due to deep facial wrinkles.

Notice how the skin's appearance is much improved by using just Filler to add volume; Laser Light Therapy was not used in this case. Filler has helped correct the eyelids (both below and above the eye). The eyes are not as droopy, nor do they look 'tired'. The deep wrinkles along the sides of her nose now have added volume with Filler. Voluma Filler was also used to add more volume to the cheeks. The down-turned mouth is somewhat improved and will continue to look better as cosmetic enhancement procedures are ongoing and will continue for the mouth and chin areas. Check back at a later date to see the final result.

This after photo shows how Filler has helped to correct the nose (which was broken) giving it a more symetrical appearance.

Before photo of patient (early 50's) with elongated jaw, upward turning chin, severe lip wrinkles and a loss of volume in the lower face.

The after photo shows how Botox has relaxed the chin muscle and helped to reduce the upward turning of the chin or more commonly known as a "pointy chin" or "witches chin". Filler was used in the lower part of the face to add volume and correct the wrinkles around the lips.
